Part Two:  Construction on 2/5/2011

Back wall coming down.
Down, down, down.  All the water damaged boards down.

Go, Nate!  Just another member of our wonderful clean-up crew.  He looks a bit grumpy in this picture, but in reality he was quite congenial and fun today.
The wall is gone.  Yes, we do indeed get an awesome nightly breeze from the canyon.  We are grateful that today is was actually above freezing in the valley.  That big hole in the middle is where the new window is going to be placed.
Here is how it looked from the shed.
Another shot of the same thing.  It "looks" warm in there, but looks can be deceiving.
It's now 9:00 p.m.  This is where construction must end for this day.
Why, you may ask, does construction have to end?  Because this poor man who works a full time job, is carrying a 9 credit load this semester, and is the bishop of our ward is exhausted.

May your home be warm and full of food.
